The Tentamus Group today welcomes its newest group member: The Renolab GLP Lab in Bologna, Italy.

Renolab is specialised in the field of services for the agrochemical industry.

Dr. Jochen Zoller, CEO of Tentamus Group, says: “Following our slogan ‘Labs for Life’, we are enlarging our service portfolio for the agrochemical industry from day to day through organic growth and add-on acquisitions. We are more than happy to announce today that we have joined forces with Renolab – a highly reputable laboratory in this field. The laboratory is adding additional expertise to our existing service portfolio, with a set of state-of-the-art equipment. After the acquisition of Symbiotic Research LLC in the US in 2017, the addition of Renolab to the Tentamus’ network of laboratories is a next major step in serving our agrochemical clients on a global perspective.”

Nicola Berruti, CEO of Tentamus Italy underlines that joining of Renolab is another move forward in the creating a group of laboratories in Italy, which distinguishes itself by its proximity to its customer and widen the range of high quality services.

About Renolab

Renolab, founded 15 years ago, is located in San Giorgio di Piano, close to Bologna in Italy. The laboratory has a long-standing experience in the field of tests necessary to produce analysis dossiers for the registration of agrochemicals. It furthermore provides 5-batch analysis of technical active ingredients. Renolab is able to function as Residue Study Director in association with other field analysis centres and/or as principal investigator in ecotoxicity and environmental impact studies. The laboratory complies with the Italian Ministry of Health directives on Good Laboratory Practice (GLP).

Besides its core focus in the area of agrochemicals, it also provides dossiers to the biocides, cosmetics, drugs, additives and other industrial chemical products industry.
